All That Glitters Is Not Gold
Online exhibition · ongoing
Money is not everything, but everything costs money. This exhibition circles around that sentence — not as an accusation, but out of fascination. What wealth promises is well made: it shines, it pulls, it has been working for generations. Most of the works paint exactly that pull, and they do it in its own language: clear colours, smooth surfaces, good cheer. One hangs alone and means something else. It is not about things having a price, but about the line — about what happens when something gets a price that should never have one.
The exhibition exists only here. There are two ways to see it: as a room you walk through, where the paintings hang at their real size — or as the plain list further down.
